"Advanced perovskite thin films and structures for applications"
We present some peculiarities observed at the preparation and study of the perovskite films (LSMO) and structures. We consider about the perspective and limits at developing of the bolometer structure model working at room temperature. We compare our results with other groups. Structural properties of the used buffer layers and LSMO film on SOI substrate for bolometer are presented in more detail. The possibility of the integration of semiconducting and superconducting elements on the top of GaN substrate is discussed. Submicron structures are prepared by FIB for a study of LRPE.
